Kumusta?

Hi I'm Rielle, a millennial from Manila, who's just recently moved to Toronto. Welcome to my little corner of the triple W!

I'd like to use this space to share more of my love for all things food; from Filipino recipes that I'm terribly missing, to random stories I stumble upon as I run after my dream of becoming a prop stylist here in the great T.O.

Tara! Join in me in this food-filled journey!

Tocino is my go-to Filipino breakfast. It's best

for those mornings when you really need to fill

up for a long day ahead. You can never go wrong

with a hearty breakfast to jumpstart your day! Click the link below for the full recipe!

Tocino

Finally had the chance to go on a quick food crawl this week around Kensington Market. I have been dying to go since we arrived here, but school and work has been taking up all of my time. I am so glad I went though, because I feel like I've gained a new layer of appreciation for this city.

Come check out the spots and the food we ticked off!

This week we're starting the podcast and sharing a little background on what we'll be rambling about in the next couple of weeks (hint: bilbil is Filipino for belly fat).

Has been around for a while now in the GTA, and they've  been putting out really good Filipino food with their own interesting spin. If you're missing your mom's bowl of Adobo, or are just curious about what it is exactly, you should definitely drop by this Queen St. West joint for the full experience.
